We recommend you to you a Pentium at 133 MHz with at least 25 MB on the hard disk and 64 MB RAM (internal memory). Operating system: Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP. Don’t forget that the software will not work if the Microsoft Winsock proxy service is set up. 2.- What is the recommended display configuration? To make the most of the LosPelayosPoker environment, we recommend that the minimum display resolution be 800 x 600 and with 256 colours. If you use a lower display resolution, such as 640 x 480 pixels, for example, you will have to move the scroll bar in order to be able to play. 3.- Is the software compatible with Macintosh? No. The software is not compatible with Macintosh. 4.- I have a 21-inch screen. Can I see the complete poker table? Yes. You can select the full screen mode on the LosPelayosPoker room options menu. 5.- How can I minimize the screen? The LosPelayosPoker website has been created for a cminimum display resolution configuration of 800 x 600 pixels. Therefore, this is the best configuration for displaying it. This resolution will provide you with a “complete display” view and this is probably the resolution that you have right now. However, in some cases, this configuration will not let you open other programs while you are playing. If you wish to reduce the image to “normal”, you will have to adjust the resolution of your display to 1024 x 768 pixels, which will enable you to use other programs while you are playing. If you wish to change the configuration, do the following: “Start-up”–“Configuration”–Control Panel”–“Display”–Display Properties”–“Configuration”??? At the bottom right of the window, you will see a section called “Display Area” with a symbol in the shape of an arrow containing the words “Minor” and “Major” on either side. Use the mouse to click on the arrow and change the display resolution to “1024 x 768” pixels. Once you have selected the resolution that you want, click on “Apply” and then on “Accept”. Windows offers you a preliminary view of the new configuration and will ask you to accept. You will have 15 seconds to select before Windows reverts to the original display. If you cannot select a resolution that is greater than “800 x 600” pixels, you will have to get in touch with the manufacturer of your equipment and ask for a graphics card update. Finally, you may need to reboot the computer to make sure that the new configuration has been correctly applied. If you have any doubts at all at any time of day, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at ayuda@pokerresponse.com. |
